Booking Terms & Conditions

  • All areas both inside and outside of the villa are strictly non-smoking
  • SA fire restrictions (cfs.sa.gov.au ) must be followed at all times.
  • A two night minimum stay applies to all bookings, with longer minimum stays over long weekends and holiday periods.
  • Photo ID is required upon booking
  • Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival and 90% refund applies to any cancellation within 6 days prior to arrival.
  • Prior authorisation is required for all people entering the property
  • OCRE is unsuitable for children under the age of 12 years and a maximum of 8 people at any one time is allowed on the property
  • No parties allowed
  • OCRE is unsuitable for pets but assistance dogs are allowed by prior arrangement
  • The villa must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning will attract additional charge
  • Check-in time is from 3:00pm and check-out time is by 11:00am
  • Please contact Angela onĀ 04 6669 5311to arrange for your key collection for check-in (lock-box available)
  • OCRE is ideal for 6 guests with its 3 king bedrooms. However 8 guests may stay with 2 people sharing the double sofa bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 can be set up as 2 singles if required by arrangement at least 48 hours prior to arrival
  • You acknowledge that your stay at OCRE is unsupervised and that there are inherent risks in bushwalking and being in close contact with native and farm animals. Your stay and your guests' stay at OCRE is at your and their own risk
  • OCRE disclaims all liability for any loss or damage suffered while staying at the property
  • No "schoolies" bookings are allowed
  • OCRE is self-catering accommodation and does not include a housekeeping service but such servicing can be arranged for long stays
  • External security CCTV cameras are on site
  • Due to bushfire risk the use of the external fireplace is only allowed with prior discussion and agreement by the OCRE Manager
  • All guests and visitors may be required to provide either;
    • evidence of a negative PCR or Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) for COVID-19 in the 48 hours prior to checking into Old Coach Road Estate or
    • evidence of having received full vaccination against COVID-19

Payments

  • Payment of 40% is required at booking with the remainder to be paid 2 weeks prior to check-in. Should alternate requirements be required, please contact us
  • Additional charges will be applied if there is damage to the house or if extra cleaning is required. Such costs will be charged within 30 days of your stay and you will be made aware of these charges via email
  • Cancellations for government enforced travel restrictions due to COVD-19, or natural disaster will be refunded in full minus $100 for administration costs
  • Payments can be made by credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, but only if the check-in date is at least 14 days away
  • Full refund (minus $100 admin fee) at anytime prior to check-in for cancellationsĀ  due to government enforced COVID related restrictions
  • 90% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 6 days of check-in except in the following circumstances
    • Cancellations for government enforced travel restrictions due to COVID-19, or natural disaster will be in full minus $100 for administration costs.
