1. What is Old Coach Road Estate?
Old Coach Road Estate is an award-winning luxury, self-contained holiday accommodation located on more than 200 acres overlooking Hindmarsh Valley on South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula. The estate offers complete privacy, panoramic rural and coastal views, premium inclusions and exclusive use of the entire villa for every booking.
2. How many guests can stay?
The villa accommodates up to eight guests.
There are three luxurious king bedrooms, with Bedrooms Two and Three able to be configured with either a king bed or two king single beds. A comfortable double sofa bed in the study can accommodate two additional guests when required.
3. Is the villa booked exclusively?
Yes.
Every booking enjoys exclusive use of the entire property. You will never share the villa or its facilities with other guests, allowing complete privacy throughout your stay.
4. What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.
When availability allows, early check-in and late check-out may be arranged to help you enjoy an even more relaxing stay.
5. Is there a minimum stay?
OCRE has a standard 2-night minimum stay requirement but this varies throughout the year depending on weekends, public holidays and seasonal demand.

6. Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes.

7. Is there an EV charger?
Yes.
Guests are welcome to use the complimentary Type 2 electric vehicle charger during their stay.
Where possible, we encourage charging during daylight hours to make the most of the estate's solar energy system.

9. Are children welcome?
Old Coach Road Estate is primarily designed as an adult retreat.
Children aged 12 years and over are welcome. Younger children may be considered on request due to the property's natural environment, unfenced dams, raised decks and other safety considerations.
10. What wildlife might we see?
Guests regularly see kangaroos, echidnas, wedge-tailed eagles, yellow-tailed black cockatoos, fairy-wrens and many other native bird species. The estate has original native scrub under a Heritage Agreement, and the surrounding paddocks have wildlife corridors carefully created over more than 30 years to enhance this important wildlife habitat.
11. Is breakfast included?
Yes.
A generous continental breakfast selection is provided for your first mornings, including fresh Fleurieu Milk Company milk, local yoghurt, cereals, fresh bread, juice and a selection of pantry essentials.
